Reservoir Low but no notification

My Hydros Doser output is below the notification threshold and the output is showing "Reservoir Low" but I don't get a push notification on my phone.

This was working fine before updating to the new firmware. Any idea how to fix it?
 
Did you check the setup for that output to see what the notification level for low reservoir setting is set for?
 
Yup, set to yellow. I tried setting it to none, then back to yellow, nothing. Tried setting the volume to 0 then back to 0.3L, nothing.
 
Yup, it is. Like I said, nothing changed really, besides the firmware update. I'm about to delete the output and recreate it...

I have got an alert for this since the update. I am not close enough to get one at the moment.
 
Can you post a screenshot of the setup for the pump output?I have got several alerts for low reservoirs. The laster was last night for my reagent pump.
 
You can see the skimmer level is red and I'm receiving notifications for it, but not for the reservoir low.

Sorry to resurrect this thread but I am seeming to have the same issue and was wondering if there was a fix. I am actually unable to change the notification level and it is just stuck on orange. I am not receiving any notifications for the reservoir begin low, yet I am getting all my other notifications. The doser just seems to be the issue.

Can you post a screenshot of the doser output settings?
 
like I said I am receiving notifications for everything else and when I try to change to notification from orange to anything else it won’t change. The notification just stays on orange. I have removed it and moved it to a different controller but still the same issue.

1l is a lot my container will not even hold half of a liter. I have mine set at .1l and I have got alerts for low levels the last couple of days and refill them. It seems to only send the alerts when the dosing pump is scheduled to run though.

Back again. Updated the firmware, expected this to be fixed since I was told it was "bug" in the previous firmware, but still the same issue. Its been a year since I first reported this problem. How long will Hydros Support keep kicking this can down the road? :mad: Extremely frustrating.
 
That is odd I am getting alerts for low reservoirs but it is at the time of dosing when it happens. I get them for my All For Reef and KH buffer reservoirs. The only one I know of that has an issue is the one for the iV Reagent and it starts sending alerts when it is still half full so I have been doubling the amount for the reservoir and that seems to work for me.
