We have three facilities and several dozen hydros devices and multiple collectives, and some very intelligent people on our team. The main issues we have are the water sensor and solenoid failures. We have to replace an optical water sensory nearly every week at this point, and a few solenoids...
Assuming each output is only on under a specific condition, could this possibly create a 'doom loop'? ie heater and chiller (which is the case in question) but if a temperature variation/drift causes both to be off, neither would ever turn on?
I'm fully aware that the Hydros is designed to be the most budget-friendly controller out there. However, since its inception, I've noticed the hydros computers themselves are fantastic, IME/O suitable for mission critical monitoring applications in commercial life support situations. The...
IME these sensors fail regularly and also arrive DOA regularly. Hydros is a very solid computer, but the accessories are very low quality :( I use Hydros on many personal systems and also commercial systems since it's inception, I've been through dozens of sensors and devices in the last 3...
So I use Hydros for my ATO, and I just had a water sensor fail in the 'dry' setting which means the ATO just kept running (I love the Hydros, but I wish they had an option to purchase high quality made in western nation sensors instead of low quality Chinese sensors, I've had many sensors and...
Hi, I have multiple systems with very large clams of various species and I'm concerned about the possibility of them spawning and not catching it in time. I was wondering if the skimmer level sensor detects the clarity of a liquid rather than the presence of a liquid, so that I may be able to...
It's not a collective. it's two separate systems, each exhibiting the same problem.
After a few reboots I've stopped being spammed, so I'm hoping the problem is solved, thanks.
All the outputs were deleted before I removed the Wi-Fi device, it won't even let you remove a Wi-Fi device without removing associated outputs first. I haven't tried rebooting this time, I'll try it. Thanks!
