It was a soft release . I believe it came out about 2 weeks ago. It was for a specific purpose only affecting a very small portion of customers . This is why we did not push it or even advertise it .

The Kraken can only power the brain of the Launch through the command bus port if setup in a Collective. The Hydros Launch has an AC power cord that must be plugged into an AC outlet . The Kraken will not power anything plugged into the AC outlets on the Launch. For those items , If they are...

Yes It does but we do not sell outside of the USA. Also there is no warranty if you use any of the Hydros Controllers outside of the USA.

Few questions.. have you linked the strip in the app? Question 2 .. have you programmed outlet 5 ( Bank of USB outlets) to be on?

Have you added the pump to an output and then created a schedule for the pump?

There is a clip on the bottom of the float that can be removed. The take the float off and flip it over and re install the clip.

The Hydros ATO Kit can handle that size Aquarium.
