    Using Direct Drive with Varios-4 as a Return

    RobT, I have the exact same setup and have no issues running the Varios-4 and Varios-2 off of the WaveEngine. Since I am only running two IceCap 2k Gyres of the WaveEngine, I figured why not lose the two power supplies and controllers.

    Thanks Jeff. I rebooted the unit and the forth time it worked. Guess it was just one of those random things. Mods, you can close this thread.

    I am having an issue updating the firmware to 190 from 152 on a new Control 2. It says the update failed with error 5379. I've tried three times with the same result.

    Thank you, exactly the info I was looking for. My reservoir is opaque, so I will be sticking with the Water Level sensor.

    What are the differences between the Water Level Sensor and the Skimmer Sensor. From what I can tell the only difference is the wire to connect back to the control unit is on the outside of whatever reservoir being measured. To me, it would be better to use the Skimmer Sensor on my RODI...
