Hey all,
I think 1 of my driver ports went bad and is not working.
It's for my ato and I have a control 2 and set up one of its drive ports for the ato and it seems to work but the pump turns on for like 2 seconds 3 times then it turns on and fills.
What can I do about my Launch drive port ?
The rest seem to work on the Launch.
Also would this be a pump issue, I don't think it is.

Do you have something else that works on the drive ports that you can try there?

Yes I tried one of my dosers and it didn't work.
I deleted that drive port and redid it and nothing.
I put the ato pump on the doser input and the pump turned on.
So pretty sure its the the 1 drive port that went bad
 
Have you powered down the Launch and powered it back up? If it is in a collective you will need to power down the whole collective.

Power it down but if it is part of a collective you will have to power down the whole collective. That should do a power down reboot.
 
I see how to reboot but other then pulling the plug i don't see a power down. Really all the same I would assume
 
Yes you will have to pull the plug but you will have to pull the plug on either the power supply or any other controller that has power in the collective since they share power over the command bus to remove power from the processors in the Launch.
 
Ok ya its all plugged into my backup so ill just pull them main supply that will knock it all out.

Ok so that seems to have worked. I tested it and the pump didn't stutter like it was and ran.
We will see tomorrow when the water drops and it needs to fill
