Overnighted 2 Soles for delivery today. Got them and one was HAMMERED in the box. 1/4 RO tubing fittings were both off, cover was all scratched up. Honestly it looked like it had been used. Set it up and immediately got a "SD Card fail" on it. But it was still connected. Finally got the AWC setup and the output shows "low voltage." Swapped power supplies and the problem stays the same. One Sole works. The other doesn't. What a disappointing weekend and it is only Friday.
I pulled it apart and the keeper for the SD card is broken. All solder joints look ok for the power supply and other connectors. But the board gets HOT! Too hot to handle.
What a waste of overnight shipping. Was really hoping to get my AWC setup.
