I've been battling the wifi disconnect issues that seem to be affecting lots of hydros owners. My first wifi router was dual band so got a dedicated 2.4ghz router, got things connected, including replacing wifi strips.
When I encountered further disconnects I dug a bit and found out the router...
But that's exactly the problem. The wifi strip status says "responding" and I defined outlets. When I turn one ON there's an audible clicking noise, but no power to the outlet.
I don't think I'm doing anything wrong as my first strip is configured and working fine. Should I open a support case?
I can try that... but it doesn't make sense to me--the strip definitely has a wifi connection, the app can see it, and I can hear it audibly "clicking" when I turn outlets on and off. Just doesn't seem to be consistent power to the outlet.
