Does Maximum On/Off time in the Outputs relate to the actual amount of time a device is running? Does it work off of power draw? Or is it just correspond to how long the "output" is powered by the Hydros controller? Example: I'd like to create an output for my Tunze Nano ATO. I'm going to set...
