It seems that Amazon AWS is experiencing latency issues with their API, and it is affecting HYDROS cloud access.
Here is what we know:
  1. It is only affecting app login and status
  2. It is NOT affecting HYDROS' ability to control and maintain your system
  3. It is NOT affecting everybody at the same time.
  4. Amazon is currently working on the issue and will have a resolution soon

WHAT NOT TO DO DURING AN OUTAGE:
These are the things you should not do during this outage:
  1. DO NOT delete your HYDROS account
  2. DO NOT upload a blank configuration. If your status is blank, DO NOT attempt to fix it by hitting the upload button!
WHAT TO DO DURING AN OUTAGE:
Here are everyday common things you can do in the meantime:
  1. Clean that skimmer collection cup
  2. Tidy up around the tank. Your significant other has been asking you to do that forever!
  3. BE PATIENT. HYDROS is still working on monitoring and keeping your tank going.
  4. Get a beer or a glass of wine and relax!

UPDATE September 28, @ 16:57 CST

We are pleased to inform you that this outage has been fully resolved, and you can access your HYDROS app as before.

Thank you for being so patient!
