It seems that Amazon AWS is experiencing latency issues with their API, and it is affecting HYDROS cloud access.

WHAT NOT TO DO DURING AN OUTAGE:
These are the things you should not do during this outage:
Here are everyday common things you can do in the meantime:
It seems that Amazon AWS is experiencing latency issues with their API, and it is affecting HYDROS cloud access.
Here is what we know:
- It is only affecting app login and status
- It is NOT affecting HYDROS' ability to control and maintain your system
- It is NOT affecting everybody at the same time.
- Amazon is currently working on the issue and will have a resolution soon
WHAT NOT TO DO DURING AN OUTAGE:
These are the things you should not do during this outage:
- DO NOT delete your HYDROS account
- DO NOT upload a blank configuration. If your status is blank, DO NOT attempt to fix it by hitting the upload button!
Here are everyday common things you can do in the meantime:
- Clean that skimmer collection cup
- Tidy up around the tank. Your significant other has been asking you to do that forever!
- BE PATIENT. HYDROS is still working on monitoring and keeping your tank going.
- Get a beer or a glass of wine and relax!
