Can't connect to gyre, controller flashing red,green,pink ect

I have tried holding down the reset button but it does nothing. I was in the process of adjusting the programming when it stopped connecting to my 4k gyre. I have just a single pump on the controller and generally don't mess with it much. Not sure what to do from here but very frustrated.
 
Did you try restarting your router and access point if you have one? If the unit was connected but stopped, that usually means the router crashed, and it is not accepting any new connections.

I just did. I'm not sure if the flashing pattern has changed but it appears to be mostly green, pink, green,pink, green,red.

I put another pump on for now so can worry about it tomorrow but not sure what else I can try since the reset button does nothing.
 
After leaving it all night, it's no longer flashing but the status is stuck on pink and won't connect. Reset button does nothing.
 
Pink because you reset your controller, waiting for you to tell it where to connect. In essence, you reset it to factory default.

I don't see any options.

When I go to bluetooth I get error :

Ok, this is something we cannot handle here. Would you please submit a ticket to CoralVue Support Portal? One of the reps there will work with you to fix the problem. The sooner you submit the ticket, the quicker they will get the issue resolved.
