IMPORTANT: We know that there is a cloud outage now, and you cannot access your HYDROS app. We are working as fast as possible to fix the problem.

PLEASE know that your HYDROS device is still working correctly. All configurations are stored in the individual devices themselves, so the Control will continue to function as it should (INCLUDING the WiFi strips).

You cannot make configuration changes when the cloud is down, but you CAN OVERRIDE outputs by accessing the control units if you change the app to Bluetooth mode.

Affected: HYDROS App Cloud Access
Estimated Time of Resolution: 2 pm CST
 
UPDATE: The cloud is back online. You MIGHT need to close the HYDROS app completely and start it again to regain access to your devices via the cloud.
