It has come to our attention that the Focustronic server is having DNS issues.

Please know that the issue:
  1. DOES affect existing connections or Focustronic devices already added to the HYDROS. At this point, all inputs show "UNKNOWN" status.
  2. If you have a NEW Focustronic device that you want to add to HYDROS, you will not be able to do so until this is resolved.
We reported the issue to Focustronic, who is currently working on it.
