HYDROS App Outage

It has come to our attention that the HYDROS App is having issues accessing the HYDROS controller. The error happens after you log in, and the app cannot pull the list of all your devices and collectives.

Please know that the issue:
  1. The outage DOES NOT affect your HYDROS controllers monitoring your system. They are still working correctly.
  2. If you have new HYDROS devices, it will affect registration.
We are aware of the problem and working on resolving it as soon as possible.

What NOT to do:
  1. DO NOT try to delete your HYDROS account and recreate it. That will NOT fix the problem.
What to DO:
  1. Leave HYDROS, and once we fix the problem, you can access your devices as you did before.
  2. Go fishing and catch that pesky little fish you meant to remove from the tank!
  3. Take pictures of your tank. We KNOW you love showing off the tank!
  4. Be patient. We are working on the problem and will get everything back online in no time.

We are back online. If you experience issues, please close the app (don't just minimize it) and open it again. If you still experience problems, please submit a ticket at CoralVue Support Portal, and one of the reps there will be able to help you.
