Bought this new and charged for 24hrs. Tied in to gyre dual pump controller. When doing a test "power outage" battery backup is not supplying power and pumps go off.
If there a hydros configuration that needs to be done to get this working?

Do you have a low power schedule setup for the pumps? I know you do with the Wave Engine but not sure on Ice Cap. You may want to check the online manual for your controller.

Manuals are online. Printed manuals are not environmentally friendly, and only a tiny percentage of folks use them. Here is the link to the configuration instructions for your convenience:

Thank You- I will set up a schedule, but shouldnt I get power without a schedule. what if I were using on a third party return pump?

you only want the power outage schedule to be active in power outage mode. You need to make sure your other schedules are not active in that mode. When you power down the supply for the wave engine can you still access it on the app?
