Issues with X4/XP8 coming back up after restart and new account

After an unfortunate tank crash, I've had to restart my system and tore down the entire setup. I've started the new system, but when hooking up my X4/XP8, neither device could be found or connected to the app.

I made a new account and was able to add both of the devices, but now they won't connect in the phone or web app and are showing as loading.

Can anyone advise on how to add the devices to the new account?
