It has come to our attention that the Kamoer API server is having issues.

Please know that the issue:
  1. DOES affect existing connections or KHC devices already added to the HYDROS. At this point, all inputs show "UNKNOWN" status.
  2. If you have a NEW KHC device that you want to add to HYDROS, you will not be able to do so until this is resolved.
If you run a Calcium or Kalkwasser reactor, please ensure you adequately configured "Reactor pH when Alkalinity Invalid / Stale."

We reported the issue to Kamoer, who is currently working on it.
 
UPDATE - Monday, February 27, 2023, @ 20:00 CST

Kamoer has resolved the problem, and the HYDROS can get results from the Kamoer cloud server.
