Pump reverse

For the life of me I can no longer get my single 4k to reverse since the last firmware update? I did a factory reset and still no joy. If I add a pump 2 (Non existent), connect it to the pump 2 connection, and have it run opposite of pump 1 the pump does run in reverse. So at least I know the pump does still run in reverse. I have tried flipping reverse on/of etc and still nothing. Any ideas or suggestions?

To run a pump in reverse, you need BOTH of the following to be enabled:

• In the pump configuration page, enable "Allow Reverse."
• In the flow schedule configuration page, enable "Allow Reverse."

If one of them is disabled, it will not work.

I do have that enabled in both locations as my attached images showed. Any other reason why it will not reverse?

Without looking at your setup, it is hard to know. Please submit a ticket at CoralVue Support Portal, and we will be able to remote into your system and see what the issue might be.
