Attention HYDROS Users:

Access to your devices via the HYDROS app will be unavailable from 4 to 8 AM CST on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, as we perform scheduled maintenance.

During this time, you will be unable to access your devices via the HYDROS app. The HYDROS team will inform you when maintenance is complete, and services have been restored.

This is necessary to upgrade our database according to Amazon AWS requirements. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.

What WILL be affected:
  • Ability to access and view your HYDROS devices via the HYDROS app (Cloud access only).
  • Ability to view (cloud access) your devices via the HYDROS app.
  • Ability to make and upload configuration changes.
  • Ability to receive email and push notifications.
  • Ability to register new devices or pair WiFi devices such as quad strip, single outlet, or WiFi feeder.
What WILL NOT be affected:
  • This downtime WILL NOT compromise HYDROS devices monitoring and controlling your aquarium(s). HYDROS will continue to trigger outputs based on inputs, as always.
  • Your HYDROS WiFi devices (Quad strip, single outlet, WiFi feeder) will continue communicating with the HYDROS controllers and work as expected.
  • The ability to view your HYDROS device via Bluetooth will not be compromised.
  • The ability to override outputs via Bluetooth connection will not be disrupted.
  • The connection to third-party devices from manufacturers such as Focustronic or Kamoer will not be disrupted.
  • Audible alarms.
