Temp Sensor Issue

I am using the following sense ports on my X-4.

Port 1- Skimmer Overflow
Port 2- Water Level Sensor
Port 3- Temp Sensor

I keep getting the following error non stop on my Temp Sensor, even though the temperature of the tank is 77 to 78.

Hydros Main Tank
Temp sensor: Value 68.45 F out of safe range (9454c5f6e824)

Please help.

Is there a device that is turning on or off at the time that happens such as a pump or heater?

@Danny, that’s a great question. There is no pumps that turn on and off. Let me see if my heaters are turning on at the time I am receiving that error.

@Danny, I just received the error as I finished typing my previous message and no nothing was turning on. No heater or pump. Everything is working normal.

Is the sensor near the surface? If so, is it coming out of the water?

No it’s in the first compartment before heater compartment of sump. I actually have the magnet temp sensor and the slim sensor. I placed them in bottom of sump. And they both give me the same fault code.

Not sure then, I see you have more than one temp sensor. Do they get the same error at the same time on both? Are they on sense ports on the same controller?
