I just received my X4. Is it supposed to rattle as if there a bolt or nut rolling inside of it?

I am a user like you but I have had mine over 2 years. I now have 11 controllers 10 of them are in a collective so I have quite a bit of experience with them now. Carlos is a very good guy. Glad to hear you have it working. It is best to check with them on things like this so that is why I referred you to submit a support ticket so they were aware and could get you fixed up.

I already have 3 controllers, 2 in a collective and just got another x4 pro pack for another tank. It's amazing how easy to use and intuitive this system is to use.
