I'm unable to adopt new XS to current collective.

It's like the title states. I currently have an XS, WE2,WE-LE, and XP8. I've tried different connection configurations, and its currently connected to the XP8 and terminates at the XS.

Should I do a factory reset? This device is new out of box.

Did you go through the wifi setup and add it to your account?

I've tried to add it to the network, but it isn't showing up on the hydros app.

From the main page on the app I touch the plus sign in the top right corner. Then the page shows nothing. No matter how many refreshes I do.

Ok, I figured it out. I had location services turned off on my phone. Thank you for your help!

I have never done that from my phone. I use my iPad so I have never seen that issue. Is it an Android or iPhone that does that?

It's android specific. Reading further it clearly says that and I'm a dork I suppose.

I would not have known either and I do have an Android phone but most of the time I have my iPad with me and it has a larger screen and is easier to use for changing settings.
