Hello,

I recently added a TDS meter off a Control XS for my RODI station. I have the probes pre system and on the outlet side. Channel 1 (with the alarm capability) always shows high TDS, 60ish. Channel 2 is currently showing 0. I swapped the leads and I see similar results on Channel 1 but then also around 10 on Channel 2. Not sure what to make of this, I should expect to see the higher number to switch channels when I swap lead positions. Any ideas? TIA

I have my main one on the DI output and the other between the RO output and DI filter but that was where they were on the original TDS meter on the system. So far I have not had any issues and I have had one since they were introduced.

Thanks for the reply. I have one probe on the raw inlet side and the other on the output. My question is that the channel 1 on the display or app always shows 50+ TDS no matter which probe in on the raw water side, and on the channel 2 side I either get 0 TDS or around 12 TDS depending on probe orientation. I am guessing at this point the Channel 1 probe may be defective and I am seeing actual numbers from Channel 2, since this is closest to the numbers I get testing with an independent meter.

You may want to submit a support ticket with CoralVue then.
