I know there have been requests and discussions over separating out the pH and Salinity testing modes of the IV from the alkalinity test but are we any closer to that with the launch of the Maven?

I would still like the ability to do offline pH and Salinity tests in combination with the other tests the Maven will bring.

I tried setting the IV up just as an experiment without the Reagent doser and mixer being assigned and it gives the "Bad Config" error.

Something brought up frequently on Facebook, here in threads you can see plus others you can't and also other forums. At last report on the to-do list which may well be the length of Mount Everest. Keep asking, keep posting, encourage others to come here voicing their desire. That's the only way it will rise in the priority list. I know there are finite resources working a near infinite list but it would seem as though it is a pretty simple and quick ask that would appeal to many. Throw us a bone!

Agreed :) that was part of the motivation of posting to keep it as a focus and feature that realistically is needed.

I'm waiting on the Maven, hoping this will be an option instead of getting the IV Pro already.

I'd guess what you have seen of the Maven at trade shows and on pod casts is largely what the final product will be. There probably isn't sufficient space nor esp32 capacity on the internal circuit board to add a pH and conductivity probe.

Just following up to celebrate that the latest update does exactly what I was hoping for with this request!!!

Thanks for listening Hydros team!
