Water change mode

i am wanting to use the water change mode, or make another mode, So when it is activated i shuts down 1 of the pumps attached to the wave engine. i have a gyre running off wave engine and 2 mp's. i would like to shut off the gyre for cleaning, while still keeping the mp's running. do not know if this is doable?

If your Pumps are directly connected to the Wave Engine I don't believe this is possible. I do believe its currently an all or none scenario . With the soon to be integration between the New Control devices and the Wave Engine it may become possible?? If not you've brought up a great idea actually! What do you think @Carlos ??
