Sometimes That happens to me too. Its more than likely a local internet issue. Once it " fails" just wait a minute and that red box will once again turn yellow. Then you can try the upload again. If you try that a few times and it still fails you can try rebooting your router. You can also try rebooting the controller but id save that for last.

Seems when I go back into it the settings are changed. But
Just at the last phase of the upload it fails. When it's sending to my control 2

It does do my commands like I can turn on and off the lights and things like that. So wouldn't that be thru the wifi/internet.
I rebooted my internet and same thing is happening.

Sounds like a server issue. AWS Server

I had that happen and when I powered down and powered back up the device it failed on then retried it went through.

Yes . That was the Last option I gave also. Power cycling the controller can sometimes work.

Well I unplugged the control and replaced it in seems to be working.
Heater should be on by what the temp probe is reading and it's not but only by .3 degrees. Will watch that
Everything else seems to be working.

Ok but won't it stay on till the off temp? Maybe I am just not understanding it all this time or just never really noticed before

Since it was powered off it has to start over. Doing a change might also cause this to happen.

Did you check the color of the LEDs on the control? Were they breathing blue? If not, I recommend you try restarting your router and see if that helps. It sounds like the Control is not connecting to the internet, and it might be something as simple as the router needing to restart.

I did you and it was breathing blue.
I did restart the router
But had to unplug and plug the control back in for it to finally work.

I also am having this problem. I can't download updates nor upload anything. I keep getting the failed message.

What is the color of the LEDs on the controller that is failing to update?

All of the above. I see other people having problems with the firmware update. I just set it up and am also trying to upload inputs and outputs. Just want the topoff to work -- so far no luck.
