Hello, quick question. I have an icecap 3k hooked up to the WE through the direct drive. My issue is when I go into feed or water change mode the 3k is supposed to shut off. Looking at the status screen it appears off as it is Grayed out. But if you look at the pump you can see the impeller still spinning. If I click on the tile for the 3k it shows fluctuating rpm’s up to about 1100. How do I get this pump to shut off completely when I enter feed or water change mode?

Can you post a screenshot of the schedule setup the pump is in and the pump setup?

I have also created a feed no flow and water change schedule and have move the speed range to 0% and it still runs when it should be off.

I assume the feed with no flow mode is what you were trying to use. If so then I am not sure what it could be. There may be a absolute minimum with that particular pump. I don't have that pump so I cannot say for sure. Hopefully some on that has it will be able to tell by the screenshots if it is a setup issue.

In the water change schedule I have the depends on set so if the Jebao pump is turned off the 3k should turn off as well. When I hit feed no flow or water change the Jebao pump is turned off and the 3k connected to the WE says it off but looking at the rpm you can see it is still spinning. If I manually turn off the Jebao pump using the tile in the status screen it will stop the 3k pump.

That is odd. You may want to submit a support ticket here Submit ticket . That way if no one answers here you will get a response from support for this.

Whatever they did in the last update fixed the issue I was having. The pump now totally turns off in water change and feed no flow modes. Thanks for the help Danny.

No problem, anytime. Glad to hear it is working now.
