Control x2 blinking red and white

I thought I read something on unit that was similar to this on facebook but I cannot find it now. Best bet is to submit a support ticket just in case here Submit ticket . @Carlos I thought I see something close to this in the facebook group but I cannot find it now.
 
Just did thanks. I saw someone had the same issue posted on R2R and the unit had to be replaced. Not super thrilled as this is my first try with hydros controller.
 
If you are handy, you can remove the four screws and pull off the lid. On the underside of the PCB board, you will find the SD card. Remove the card and install it again. Connect the unit to power and see if that clears the problem.
 
I can but don’t want to damage anything. If you guys will still send me a replacement I will give it a try.
 
That fixed it. I could see when I opened it that the card was not seated all the way in the slot. Thanks Carlos! I think we are good.
 
Well I spoke too soon. Started blinking red and white again powered off and on few times no change.

You could try using a new SD card. Do you have a similar one around that you could install temporarily? If that does not work, you will need to submit a ticket at CoralVue Support Portal to send you a replacement unit. After that, we will take care of you.
 
I already have a ticket in with Michael. Hopefully still in the works. Man those conformation codes are annoying.
 
I reseated the card and it worked again but I think I would feel more comfortable with a replacement and let you guys do the troubleshooting.
