Configuration Stale error since app update

Hello. After the latest app update each time I open the Hydros app on my iPhone I get a configuration stale error. If I uninstall the app and reinstall I can access it one time before I start to get the error again. Is there any way to fix this permanently?
 
Do you see your status screen on the app even when you see the "Configuration Stale" bar?

If you do, and only if you see your status, tap on the upper right-hand corner dots and select "Upload Changes."

Let us know if that does not work.

Hi Carlos,

I do not see any kind of status. All of my uploaded info is missing from the app and it will not refresh, just show the error. I did at one point try the upload changes only to find that nothing showed up and I had to re-enter all of my data. After that the app went back to showing the error.

If you go to the upper left-hand corner and select Inputs or Outputs, do you see them listed, or is the list blank?

same is happening to me and I have no graphs,outputs showing…tried upload changes and this is not working..the stale in red has been going on for sometime now..upper left hand now nothing is showing for inputs or outputs
 
I have since went and loaded a version from January and now everything is showing

Everything is blank when it is in that configuration stale state. It is almost like the program has been reloaded.
 
We can finally recreate the issue and plan to work on this 100% until we resolve it.

Our web app does not have the same problem if you want to access the device. You can use the web app by going to CoralVue HYDROS App.

Interestingly enough I just went to the web app and ran into the same issue. I was able to get into it and everything was there. When I went back into the webpage to put my system into water change mode I got the same error and now I can't use the web app either. I hope this can be resolved soon.

You uploaded while the stale warning was showing, but your status screen was empty. I recovered the config from your backups. I recommend only using the web app at this time. Try a different browser, as your computer might be holding on to an old cache.

We figured out the problem was related to the new version of the app. We will push an app that has the fix, but it will take Apple and Google a couple of days to approve it. In the meantime, if you need to make changes to your device, use the web app (except Safari seems to have the same problem) as it does not have the same issue.

Thank you Carlos, but for me, the link for the CoralVue HYDROS App (web version on Safari) still does not work. I have even tried to unplugging from the wall socket and plugging back in after 30 seconds. I will try to see if perhaps Google Chrome works.

The web version does not work in Apple Safari. I found that it does work with Google Chrome. Thought I would share.

Did you clear your cache? Most likely, Safari is holding on to the old cache and why it is not working.

Maybe I'm just impatient but doesn't it seem like its taking way too long for Google Play store to make this new update available?
