The one that is running in reverse , turn on "Invert Rotation". Sometimes the motors are wound differently from the factory and the pump will run backwards when it's commanded in a forward direction. Have you created a pump schedule? If not you need to do this and then tie the pump to the schedule. Each different position in the schedule menu will allow for a different color. Example " Same is green" and "Back is orange" Here is a link to create a schedule for the pump :)...
