DIY 4 Head Doser 0-10V Port

Are you using the 0-10V output to directly drive the 12V motors? I don't see any relay controls between your input and the load. The 0-10V outputs should not be used to directly drive loads, they are very low current outputs and not designed to drive motors.

    Variable Speed Hydros Doser

If you are typically dosing volumes smaller than optimal for the native 40ml/min rate of the Hydros Drive Port Doser, I’ve got a simple solution for you. Amazon sells a bunch of different 12VDC PWM motor speed controllers for really cheap (under $10). You can use one of these to reduce the speed...

    Electrical interference question

You can try a couple of things. First do your best to keep the pH probes wire physically away from any power cords. Second you could try picking up some snap on ferrite core beads on amazon, the ones that snap around cables. You could first try them on the pH cord near the controller, and then...

    Modes not working

Do these outputs have minimum off or on times set on them? I have see cases where modes do not trump these timers before. IE if an output has a min on time of 15 mins and let’s say the output turned on due to some other condition. Then you have a mode that has this outputs unchecked (or off)...

Can a CoralVue Wave Engine be programmed to stop a flow pump in its tracks?

The Wave Engine LE does not have 0-10v outputs. It has 0-10V inputs. You can not control the pulse 4 using the 0-10v port on the WE LE. only the x4 and full wave engine have 0-10v outputs. As for the xf350 pumps, I assume you have those on direct drive ports on the WELE. You should be able to...

Create a way to detect a power outage without using the IceCap battery.

I have put together a tutorial here on how to do this: Low Power Mode/Prime Power Loss Detection w/ Icecap Battery (or WE/WELE)

Low Power Mode/Prime Power Loss Detection w/o Icecap Battery (or WE/WELE)

Normally Hydros can detect when prime/wall power is lost by using the Icecap V3 Battery backup on a wave engine. Hydros does this by seeing the drop of DC power into the wave engine from 24V wall power to 12V battery power. Then you can configure Hydros to fall back to a pre-defined "low power"...
