You could have the return pump depend on the AWC, and the skimmer depends on the return pump. The only problem with killing the return pump is that your sump water level will go up and throw off your AWC.

You can always reach out to the manufacturer to find out for sure.

Does the pump have 0-10V INPUT? Did the manufacturer add that to the controller to make the pump compatible with more devices?

Did you register the device and connect it to your home WiFi? Connect to Your WiFi Network (Bluetooth)

Use the 0-10V Diagnostics Input to determine the voltage when wet and dry. Then change the range so that the lower number is OUTSIDE the range.

Unfortunately, unless the light fixture has 0-10V input that allows you to control the channels individually, the only thing the HYDROS can do is turn the light ON/OFF by controller the power outlet the light is connected to.

Tunze pumps do not work in a 0-10V range. They work on a 0-6.5V range, but you can always contact them to confirm based on your model.

Did you check the source? Could the source not be sending the correct voltage on that channel? Did you check the programming on the other end? What about a volt meter?

It could be a wiring issue on the cable. That would be the most likely culprit.

Yellow and Green LEDs are hard to photograph. Most of the time, yellow could look like green or vice-versa. Yellow means the unit is connected to WiFi but cannot communicate with the cloud. If your WiFi light is GREEN, then all is good.

Have you tried rebooting the router and access point (if you have one)? 1) Reboot the router and access point if you have one. Wait until you can browse the internet again 2) Reboot your HYDROS device Does that fix the problem?

Have you tried moving the sensor around? It sounds like the two parts of the sensor are not lined up correctly, and reseating them might fix the issue.

We currently have an option, but it would require you to run a data-only cable so that the basement device is also part of the collective and can bi-directionally share inputs and outputs.

@thom_smith This option is already in the works for all outputs. You can select multiple output locations, and they will do the same.
