    Does not.

    Wave Engine and Tunze

You do not need a WaveEngine to configure and run 0-10V flow pumps, but you need a device that has 0-10V OUT ports which, at this time, only the WaveEngine (v1/v2) and X4 have.

All kinds of problems - 2

WiFi disconnects do not trigger alarms. Most likely, the alarm is something else. You can always go into Bluetooth mode, and if you set up an alarm outlet, you can override it to OFF and mute the alarm. If you want us to investigate this issue (though it sounds like a WiFi setup issue), please...

    Wifi Strip in Collective

You could use a button box to turn on an outlet. Set Minimum Time ON to 23:59:59, and that would ensure that once you press the button, the outlet will stay on for 24 hours and then automatically shut off. Essentially, you pour the salt, press and release the button and walk away. The pump...

    Wifi Strip in Collective

Yes, a collective is technically a virtual device comprising multiple HYDROS devices. You can add a WiFi strip to a collective as you add it to an individual non-collective device.

KH Guardian - Alk Reading from Cloud

That looks like something a user developed for their use and to share with the community. It does not look like it is something that KHG created. The problem with this is that if KHG changes its interface or where things are located, it will break the code. Since they did not develop the...

    Tunze 0-10v?

Correct. If you want to control the pump's speed, the signal's direction needs to go from the HYDROS to the pump and not the other way around. Therefore, you need to use the 0-10V OUT port.

    Mixing Graphs and Tiles

You cannot mix graphs and tiles for the same category. For example, you cannot have both in the inputs/outputs section. You could create multiple pages to give you what you need. Often, people make a "Graphs" page that includes the graphs and then want to see them regularly.

Having problems setting hydros dosing pump

If you are getting 45ml when you run the pump for 60 seconds, then the rated speed of the pump is 45ml/min and that is what you should enter into the Factory Flow Rate in the pump's settings page.

KH Guardian - Alk Reading from Cloud

We will reach out to KHG again and ask them, but ultimately, the end user's demand for integration will make KHG work on the API integration. So be sure to voice your request directly to KHG and gather troops if you know other fellow users who want and need the integration.

    Tunze 0-10v?

Yes, when using 0-10V, there is always a bottom speed you cannot go below. That speed depends on the pump itself. Some pumps can go as low as 10%, and others as high as 30%.

    4 Head Doser

You can use four separate HYDROS dosers which would give you the same results. We have the X10 coming out later this year with four dosers incorporated into the controller.

Having problems setting hydros dosing pump

What is the default flow rate? It should be set to 40ml/min. This is because the HYDROS will run the pump for precisely one minute when calibrating.

KH Guardian - Alk Reading from Cloud

The last time we reached out to KHG, they told us that they did not have a cloud server and the units did not have enough memory left to run a REST server. Has that changed recently? Do they have a cloud server and an app? Or do they still use the local web server?
