Yes, the humidity level is the main reason we added the "Sensitivity" option to the input. It is impossible to create something that fits ALL different needs. We needed to allow customers to make adjustments.
The issue is not HYDROS or the pH probe. The problem is the other equipment that is creating too much electrical noise when it should not. You could try different things to alleviate the symptoms, but if you want to take care of the issue, you need to remove the cause.

It seems that Amazon AWS is experiencing latency issues with their API, and it is affecting HYDROS cloud access.
Here is what we know:
It is only affecting app login and status
It is NOT affecting HYDROS' ability to control and maintain your system
It is NOT...
You could also try rebooting the router and access point, but as Danny mentioned, most likely, the device is located in a dead spot, and moving it to a different location will help. Remember that WiFi cannot travel through water. If you draw an imaginary line between the router and the...
The easy way is to create a virtual output based on the second pH probe and then make the Kalk output "Depend On (Off if Off) on the virtual output. Does that make sense?
We figured out the issue. It was a 12V skimmer pump running on the drive port. It seems that the pump was generating a considerable amount of electrical noise and affecting the magnetic sensor in the HYDROS Controller. As soon as John removed the pump from the drive port, the issue stopped.
Unfortunately, the controller and power supply are permanently attached to the MP40 pumps, and one cannot separate them. Therefore, the only way to control them is wirelessly, but they require a power supply and controller.
If you are looking for something like the MP40 but with the ability...
Have you tried rebooting the router and access point? The fact that all the devices have connectivity issues leads me to believe that the root of the problem is the router.
Try the following:
Reboot the router and access point if you have one and wait until the internet access is back
Reboot...

it is likely that you installed the firmware one device at a time instead of downloading to all the devices and subsequently installing it on all the devices. Is that what happened?
Try the following:
1) Restart your router and access point if you have one and wait until you can browse the internet
2) Restart your HYDROS devices
3) Try to download the firmware again
See if that helps.
Also, check line of sight. Draw an imaginary line between the router and the offending...
