i found the problem. i guess during shipping the motor came loose. i pushed it down now the pill spins ALOT and very fast. works well now! now i just gotta figure out how to make it so my sole doses alk if it ever falls below a number. some sort of dynamic dosing or something probably.
just wanted to say i wish someone told me earlier, because that was my issue. i had to take the screws out of bottom, the motor wasnt sitting flat at bottom. i pushed it down and now it works great.
I cant seem to get my IV testing properly. ive narrowed it down to either a reagent problem, or a pill stirrer problem. im not sure how the pill is supposed to turn, mine turns real slow, im not sure what "right" looks like. does anyone have a video i could see of what a proper test looks...
im having same issues. i checked the lines, no air bubbles. i recalibrated lines and ph probe numerous times. connor at help told me it could be bad reagent. so i ordered new reagent and tried it last night same problem still..... i wont know until my salifert kit arrives tomorrow for sure...
