wave engine battery backup

Hello. Will a 12 VDC 20 ah Marine lithium battery be able to power the Wave Engine 2. I have all the cables.

I just purchased a wave engine and was trying to figure out if there is any way I can use my Ecotech battery backup to power my wave engine in low power mode? The connections is different than what icecap uses. Any help or thoughts is much appreciated.
