Seem to be having trouble trying to set up my 0-10 v input. I’m trying to set up a simple button box. When I go to add the 0-10 input it doesn’t give me an option to select 0-10. Any idea? I’ve followed the youtube videos seems pretty straightforward! But the option to select 0-10v is not there.

Nothing you are doing incorrectly. App bug. Resolved in app currently under test and will be available soon.

Any update on this? Same situation here, I just realized after spending money in a switch box that now is unusable. I sent a message through the Hydros customer support to see and nobody replied back after 3 days already

The only answer anyone's given is "soon" and that's been over a month. Really would have expected this to be a priority fix, especially if the problem is already resolved in testing firmware, rather than the issue sitting there for weeks.

They will need to get any app that is needed with the new firmware through the Apple and Google app stores approval process once it is ready before it will be available. I have no idea how long that takes but I have been told by another friend that writes apps that the Apple process takes a while.

If it is an exisiting app and just an update it can be done and pushed out in hours. A new app can take several weeks.

Seems to be a common trend around here. Soon. The new app. Soon. The API access for widgets. Soon. Etc Etc

They do not give an expected time. All you will get is what is stated until it is out. From what has been said though it is a major update of the app. My guess is the fix for the inputs on the Launch will be included in it. In fact the issue could be with the app and not the firmware in the Launch since the app has to know what types of inputs and outputs are available on each controller for them to show as a selection when you go to use them in a setting. That is just me guessing though.

It would be great if the people that are having issues with this enough to actively want to come to report it, were given access to a fixed version of the application. People coming to report issues and bugs seem like the exact people you'd want testing new features that may have exactly that.

Have you submitted a support ticket for this issue? If it is in the app you would need access to that if availble at this time. If it was just firmware compatible with the current app then I would imagine they would do that. They may not be able to until the app is in the Apple and google stores though but it does not hurt to submit a ticket and see.

Over the general issue? They are aware. As far as asking for access? I have but didn't get a reply. People here have already said it's fixed in whatever version they have been given so I'd assume that this is simply just not being given to people yet.

Anyone with and update about this? I have the Launch for two months and the feature is not available, customer service not reply emails and nobody knows. What a welcome to new users that came from apex smh...

Did the app and firmware updates in July fix these issues? I am running 342 firmware and 3.0.5 (306) app and considering adding a launch…
