Here is the pinout of the 0-10V ports on Hydros devices. For simple switch inputs you can put an open/close switch between the 5V pin (pin 3) and any input pin (pin 1/2/4/5). Examples can be push buttons, magnetic door switches, float switches, and more.
GX12-6 connectors for interfacing to this port are commonly found on amazon, here is one example: Amazon GX12-6 connectors
If you do not want to solder to the GX12 connector directly, it does appear that you can get GX12-6 cables on eBay that have 2 female connectors. You should be able to buy one of these and cut the cable into 2 and use the wires from the assembly to make your own breakout. eBay GX12 cable
