Is there a way to acknowledge an alarm and stop the beeping while you troubleshoot?

You can change the alarm to orange form red or remove audible notification from red in the options and save the changes then change it back once you have fixed the issue. The only thing I have set to red is leaks. All other alarms or either orange or yellow.

Where do I set "Broken Collective" to orange? I looked but didn't see it.

You can and I've done that but it sure would be nice if there was a faster way. Especially when it's the leak detector and your in panic mode.

For that just uncheck the audible on red in the options menu but since you have a broken collective it may not save changes. Is one or more of your controllers not communicating with the collective. look at them at the top of the page and make sure all the info is displayed for each if not then that might be the one with the issue. If not communicating you may have to power down the whole collective and power it back up to reboot the ones not communicating. If it is more than one you might have a bad connection at a connector or something wrong with a cable.

It was 3 AM and it sounded like a fire alarm with 6 modules going off. I had to take a WELE off of the collective to get it to clear.
I then realized I should leave at least one WELE off of the collective so if I have a collective problem and need to power it down to shut it up, I will still have flow in the tank.
BTW, this happened to my wife while I was out of town. The people who set these things up are not always present to go into the software and manipulate alarms. I have a dedicated local ipad for HMI but no silence button. I would say it needs a hardwired silence button on the module so anyone can silence it if the programmer is away.

I had my audible unchecked for several months after it woke us up in the middle of the night. The wife was not amused by it at all. So I know what you mean. I could not find an issue with anything so I just unchecked audible on all the alert modes. I just recently set it back and only have leaks set to red, but I would imagine that something as serious as broken collective would still cause it. I have not tried it to see though. I was just trying to give you an option around it for now. I noticed you did make the suggestion in new features thread. That is the thing to do. I am not a employee of Coralvue just a experienced user trying to help.
