So I have a Harry's Aquatics Hydros switch box using the 0-10V input on the Hydros X4 and I want to add a light that has 0-10V capabilities. Is it possible to use both??

The switch box uses 0-10v inputs. The lights use 0-10v outputs. They are not the same ports.

What light is it? The light I use uses PWM inputs so I had to get some converters to convert the 0-10v output from the Hydros to PWM signals for the lights.

It "looks" like they are compatible, but you will need to create your cable, which will be something like this:

The 0-10V OUTPUT is most likely a way for one light to pass the commands from the controller to the next light and on and on. You only connect the first light to the HYDROS 0-10V Output.

So what are the in and out ports on the light for? Daisy chaining?
From looking at a photo of multiple lights hooked together it looks like they daisy chain them together. Carlos is right. It looks to me that both channels are on the same cable. So you will need to make a adapter cable to get two Hydros channels into one cable.

You might look into 3.5mm to RCA phono adapters. Use a Hydros quad cable. Get a couple of female to female 3.5mm to RCA phono adapters for the Hydros side and a male 3.5mm to male phono adapter for the light side. You will use only the white phono adapters form the hydros side to the white and red phono plugs on the light side. That will get two Hydros channels into the 3.5mm side of the light. I am not sure which would be whit and which would be the blue channel. Since the Hydros has output voltages that is the reason for using the female phono adapters there. They are less likely for the unused one to touch something other than the ground. On the light side there is only one adapter needed and both RCA plugs will be used. Just a thought on how to do it.
