Alkatronic - HYDROS

Hi guys,

I am trying to connect my ALKATRONIC with my HYDROS. And I'm having a problem at the time of secting the "FOCUSTRONIC input". When I press the connect button, it throws me the error "unable to launch browser"

Could someone tell me what should I do?

Can I have my session logged in on multiple devices?

I have logged in on different devices before. There is a web app you can use also. So you can use a computer if you need to CoralVue HYDROS - Aquarium Controller

So that got you in? My thinking was that device may not have a compatible web browser and that is the reason for the error.
