App question - I must be doing something wrong

On each of my tanks (one run on an X3 w/wireless power bar, and one on and X4 with an XP8 in a Collective) I have a tablet that always displays the Hydros App. It is my quick visual to know that the tanks are OK. The problem is that the screens constantly go into a state where they need to be refreshed, like in the pic below. How do I get the screen to just be a live view of the data so that I don't have to go over and push the little re-fresh button? Same thing happens on my PC when I connect through a browser. Any help is greatly appreciated.

There isn't a way to do this to my knowledge. Most just refresh or close the window all together, then reopen the app.
