Nothing to worry. You have NOT done anything wrong.

To keep a friendly and clean community, we have implemented a rule where a staff member needs to approve your first five (5) posts. We understand that this is a minor inconvenience, and it seems a bit over-sensitive. Still, on the other hand, it helps to keep the forum clean of spammers and trolls.
