Just installed a new ATO. Set up on X10. After nearly a week it hasn't run and I've had to do manual water additions. Could be my setup, or a DOA sensor. Thoughts?

IME these sensors fail regularly and also arrive DOA regularly. Hydros is a very solid computer, but the accessories are very low quality

Look at the graph for the ATO sensor to see if it is wet, dry or cycling between them. What does the ATO output log say?
