I purchased the ato system almost two months ago. It didn’t have the triple optical sensor it’s the blue double one so I guess it’s an older version. Anyhow it has drained my ato reservoir twice now. Everything is big enough nothing was hurt and my ato tank is only 5g but to stop this from happening do I need to buy the triple sensor or a single sensor. It’s running of an x10. The optic was reading dry. I checked it. It didn’t look dirty but I wiped it off and it read wet again. Thanks for the help

For one what do you have the maximum on time set for in the advanced settings? I think most set that dor about 5 seconds when using the Hydros ATO pump. I use a dosing pump and I set it for 3 minutes but it only has a flow rate of 55ml a minute.

Thank you I didn’t even know that was there I changed the max on time so we’ll see how it does
