I have the Hydros Autofeeder and I’ve been happy with it. Recently, the shaft has stopped turning if the container for the food is attached. Take off the container and the shaft turns.
I’m frustrated with this because it’s not even a year old. I would simply replace it and try again but no one seems to have it in stock. So this leads to three questions.
1) Does anyone have a source that has the autofeeder in stock or is there any projection for when they may be available again?
2) is there any other autofeeder that can successfully interface with the Launch controller?
3) any suggestions for trying to fix the thing?
