AWC Schedule

I'm confused about the AWC schedule. I have it set for a start time of 9:00, end time of 17:00, and run 3 times daily. I would think this means it will run at 9:00, 13:00, and 15:00. It ran it 9:00 but not at 13:00. It's now 14:10 and still hasn't run for a 2nd time.

I switched to an external schedule this morning also set up for 9:00 to 17:00 with 3 changes. The first one ran at 9:00. We'll see if it runs again today.
 
So after changing to an external schedule early this morning (set to run 3 times a day), also set to begin at 9:00 and end at 17:00, it did indeed run 3 times. It ran at 9:00, 11:40, and 14:20. Can anyone explain why? I would assume that it would run at 9:00, 13:00, an 17:00.
 
Normally on the schedule like that if you have it running 3 times during the schedule it will divide the schedule time into 3 equal blocks of time and the schedule will run at the beginning of each time block. So the last one would not be at tue end of the schedule. I have mine setup to run 4 times in the schedule but I have mine set for 24hrs. Mine starts at 2:00 am. They are each started at 2:00am, 8:00am, 2:00pm and 8:00pm. So the last one happens at 8:00pm instead of 2:00am which is the end of the schedule but it is also the beginning of the next schedule. It done that way incase you use multiple schedule back to back.
 
Makes total sense. Not initially intuitive but makes sense. Still not sure why the internal schedule wouldn’t run more than once even when set to three times but the external schedule seems to be working properly.
