Purchased WaveEngine LE with 2K combo and set it up. Works as intended. Got another 2K pump to add. Have everything connected and the pump appears to be stuck with red pump error. It tries to spin but makes a sound and then quicks. First thought is that it may be stuck in the cage. Tried disassembling it and check to see if its spinning freely which it does. Also tried to run it briefly without the cage on the lowest speed and it spins. So the cage is preventing it to run. What can be done? My first pump works fine. I am thinking needs some grease? Anyone have assembly schematic to make sure its not missing anything?
