Download repeatedly fails. I'm on FIOS-is there a known issue downloading on FIOS? I read on another forum this might be the case. If it is, what's the solution? TIA

Multiple others have reported similar issues downloading firmware via Verizon in general. Contact support@coralvue.com advising of the issue and specifically stating you are a FiOS customer and they can help you with an alternate download method.
