Collective breaking

I am having trouble adding the WaveEngineV2 to my collective. Firmware upgraded, all devices are on v373. No problem accessing the WE, or the Collective by itself. But when I added the WE to the collective it breaks. When I remove the WE, everything goes back to normal. Rebooting the whole Collective doesn’t fix it.

Below is how I have the device connected.

What should I be doing differently, any ideas?

If you are powering down everything and hooking it up and get the issue it could be the command bus cable you are adding or the WEv2. You can power down the collective and switch out one of the command bus cables with one that is being added with the WEv2 and power it back up to see if you get the collective broken issue. I had a cable do that once.

I swapped out the cable, no luck. I ended up contacting support and they said it is a problem with the unit so they are going to swap it out. Thanks for replying.
