Collective broken

Not sure how but my collective is broken, a few months ago I got collective mismatch error and loaded an archive version that fixed it, I tried it now but no luck. Any ideas

What’s color leds does your control 4 have? Also are you using a terminator?

Control 4 had normal colors and terminator installed. I did a factory reset and I will try to reconnect it in the collective when I get home this afternoon

Still no luck with fixing the collective issue. I have factory reset the control 4 and as soon as I reinstall it the system goes crazy. I'm currently running of my control 2 with the control 4 shutoff and all is normal. I'm thinking I have to factory reset the control 2 and start over with both units and make another collective, or is there a way to remove the current collective. Even with the only thing running is the control 2 it still shows as being in a collective.

Have you contacted Hydros Support? Carlos and I should probably work with you directly on this to see what is happening.
